Lavender Hydrosol is a must for your home, medicine kit and beauty regime. The Lavender Hydrosol can be used by itself as a facial toner or add any of your favourite essential oil for added benefit.

Primary Dosha: Pitta
Aromatherapy can be effective to help you cool your body if your primary dosha is Pitta. Breath deep way down below your belly button, hold for five seconds and slowly breath out through your mouth. As you do this, you will absorb the molecules of the essential oils. Use one or a blend of the following essential oils:
- Mint
- Lavender
- Sandalwood
Cool Cucumber Water
The scorching summer heat dehydrates and raises your body temperature. Pour cold, filtered, tap water into a container, fresh mint leaves, raspberries’ and slices of cucumbers. Remove the mint leaves if you don’t plan on drinking this blend right away. For additional tastiness, replace the water with ginger tea!

Cautions: Do not use peppermint essential oil during pregnancy, or with babies and young children. Do not add more than 10 drops of the peppermint or lemon essential oils. Be aware of any other contra-indications for use before using essential oils.
